Whereas the previous album “Good Days” was the result of 10 years of working on songs. This album was written in one single year between July 2022 and July 2023. There was no intentional theme just a stream of thoughts I had at the moment. But upon hearing these back I could hear an undercurrent depression.

And I noticed that as I continued recording the songs became happier. As if I was digging myself out of a hole.

That is why I decided to order the songs opposite of how I recorded them. Meaning Waste of Time, Day by Day were among the first songs I worked on and Pie in the Sky, Goodbye Maria were among the last I recorded.

Not sure how anybody will react to these songs or if anybody would even listen to them. But I do dig these songs so I am happy I was able to release them.

And if you do happen to listen to them. Please know we are now two.
